Vinohradská 11 je nefiltrované, nepasterizované pivo plzeňského typu s bohatou vůní Žateckého poloraného červeňáku doplněného o Premiant. Vyznačuje se nižší střední plností a vysokou pitelností. Naši jedenáctku vaříme z plzeňského a mnichovského sladu, z nichž pivo získává krásně slámovou barvu. Obsah alkoholu 4,5%. Our top seller, Vinohradská 11 is an unpasteurized and unfiltered craft Pilsner style beer with rich hoppy flavour of Žatecký poloraný červeňák (Saaz) and Premiant. It is characterized by a light body and golden colour. We use Pilsner and Bavarian malt made by the traditional methods, i.e. barley is dried on malthouse floors.

40cl Draftkr.80.00
25cl Draftkr.55.00

What does it even mean ? Looks like we’re on for a summer of whacky weather. And what have we done to deserve it? Well, probably quite a lot. Maybe we shouldn’t have shot that metaphorical Albatross. Maybe we shouldn’t have shot a thousand metaphorical albatrosses, in fact. But hej ho, here we are, and what can we do about it? We can brew. And we certainly have, brewed a little relief, for those unslack’d throats and bak’d black lips. A small relief for the Spring drought and July’s autumn storms and who knows what next? What you need to know though US style NEIPA 7%. Golden Promise base with oats. Dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Ekuanot and YCH 301 Cryo Mosaic. Straw coloured, unfiltered, creamy body with a low bitterness. And naturally, when it comes to our somewhat arbitrary bird logic, the bigger the bird, the bigger the dry-hop, and at 20 grams a litre the tropical fruit aroma is truly pungent.

This LGBTQ+ History Month, we're celebrating the trans innovators who were pioneers in their respective fields of science and innovation. Trans people have played a crucial role in shaping the world that we live in, but too often are their contributions overlooked, ignored, or erased. Peel open this label to discover more about LGBTQ+ History Month, and Alan L Hart's lasting impact on early disease detection through X-ray photography. X-ray is a rich and tropical pale ale hopped with Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin. We've added a unique blend of oats, wheat and maize to the malt bill for a sweet, biscuity base—think tropical cheesecake in beer form, with lashings of intense peach and juicy nectarine. It's light at 4.3%, but certainly packs a punch when it comes to flavour. Aroma: white grape, stone fruit and pineapple. Palate: intense peach, juicy nectarine, and a biscuity, sweet digestive base.
