We have teamed up with local Melodic Death Metal Band, Mercenary, to brew a beer for the 20th Anniversary of their album; The Hours That Remain. This is Lost Reality, a West Coast Pilsner feautring Diamant, Citra (Dynaboost & T90), Nelson & Krush Cryo. Its crisp, clean and super refreshing, with a soft noble floral & grassy profile from Diamant, and bold sweet citrus, pineapple, guava and tropical herbs from the trio of NZ & US hops! This is a mega crisp crusher, and the perfect beer to quench your thirst whilst headbanging to one of Denmarks most iconic Metal albums!

In total, the beer spent 24 months and 25 days in barrel. We aged the stout in equal amounts of Willett Family Estate Bourbon barrels and Willett Family Estate Rye barrels for a year before blending them together and releasing about half of it last year. The other half went into Buffalo Trace barrels for another year.

A returning favourite, Memory Games is our single hopped Nectaron DIPA and it's a proper tropical bomb! A huge dose of Nectaron creates rich ripe nectarine and peach flavour, along with a powerful aroma of pineapple and weedy dankess. Pouring a glorious hazy luminous yellow, the body is beautifully soft and creamy with a sweet candy finish.

Crisp, dry and fruity with a hint of acidity. Our driest cider from the 2025 harvest is light bodied and refreshing, made from Topaz apples blended with a touch of Rubinette.

A new brew concocted by Jean Van Roy to celebrate the 2003-2004 Division III title for the local Union St. Gilles football team and its upgrade to Division II. Cuvee des Champions is not a traditional ’gueuze,’ in that it is made from only two year-old 2001 lambic, not from a blend of older and younger lambics. It is also dry-hopped in the cask for three weeks with fresh Styrian Goldings hops. Re-fermentation in the bottle is achieved with the addition of a small amount of candi sugar.

Donnie’s 4.3% Nitro Dark Beer combines the best elements of an Irish nitro stout alongside the traditional lager brewing Donzoko is well known for. The cold, crisp characteristics associated with lager fermentation helps the comforting chocolate, fresh coffee and toasty malt notes sing, whilst a smooth nitro finish ensures the pint hits perfectly every time, rounding off with a creamy white foam.

Obsah alkoholu 4,5%. ----- Our top seller, Vinohradská 11 is an unpasteurized and unfiltered craft Pilsner style beer with rich hoppy flavour of Žatecký poloraný červeňák (Saaz) and Premiant. It is characterized by a light body and golden colour. We use Pilsner and Bavarian malt made by the traditional methods, i.e. barley is dried on malthouse floors.

We're thrilled to get our hands on Paradisi, an exciting new variety from Freestyle Hops. A cross of Pacific Jade and an NZ male, Paradisi is super sticky and highly aromatic, imbuing this DIPA with notes of pink grapefruit, orange, guava, and a little horticultural dankness.

Our truest expression of a hop we hold dear to our hearts, tempered and coated in satin-smooth luxuriousness by a lick of lactose. Nectarine, peach, pineapple and grass, draped in pure gold and resting on a soft bed of barley, oats and wheat.

A crisp, modern West Coast IPA showcasing everything we love about Nelson Sauvin. Bright aromas of gooseberry, white grape and the great dank aroma lead into a clean malt backbone and a firm, refreshing bitterness. Dry, snappy and packed with expressive hop flavour that lingers long after the last sip.

We're really excited to introduce you guys to one of our biggest dream collabs! This is NØKKEN, a Triple Dry Hopped Modern West Coast DIPA made in collaboration with Ghost Town Brewing, our favorite producer of West Coast IPA. It features a combination of Bad Seed & Ghost Town process & recipe tricks, with our biggest hop load in an IPA, EVER! It is loaded with Mosaic (T90, Cryo & Dynaboost), Nelson (T90 & Hyperboost), Strata & Simcoe hops. It bursts with bright & dank hop flavors of blueberry kush, pineapple gummies, diesel, passionfruit, tropical white grape, grapefruit, and a real dry & bitter finish!

A medley of some of Freestyle Hops' freshest delectations come together in this unapologetically juicy DIPA. 2026 crop Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Nectaron unleash plenty of white wine, lemon-lime and fuzzy white peach, green herbaciousness and ripe gooseberry zip.

Mosaic is used all through this West Coast Pale Ale, in the boil, whirlpool and dry hop, saturating it with complex tropical, floral and dark berry fruit notes. Ultra light, crisp and refreshing, with a gentle yet ballasting bitterness.

Sonoma encapsulates what we love at Track. A refreshing, sessionable, hazy pale ale to be shared, which shows our love for hops & the pursuit of pale perfection. With a simple malt base & hopped generously with Mosaic, Centennial & Citra it bursts forth with resinous notes of sticky mandarin and grapefruit. It finishes crisp & clean with a soft, pithy bitterness.

Augsburg has been steeped in great brewing tradition since 1156 when Emperor Friedrich Barbarossa issued it the first known purity law in Germany. True to its imperial-city namesake, Augsburger Herrenpils is an exemplary German Pils. Crisp, clean, with an ideal hoppy bitterness that adds perfect balance and structure to this internationally celebrated Pilsener.
