A Sour Ale with Cherries, Vanilla & Graham Cracker
12yr Wild Turkey BA Dark Matter (2025)
Barreled Souls Brewing Company (Saco, ME)
This was aged in some very unique 12-year-old Wild Turkey barrels for 12 months and 5 days. The bourbon from these barrels is a rare Japanese-only release and one of the few 12-year-old Wild Turkeys ever made.
Extended Aged Nebula (2026)
Barreled Souls Brewing Company (Saco, ME)
Aged for nearly two years in some rare Elijah Craig 23-year-old barrels. Nebula is more of a classic English barleywine, carrying all the toffee/vanilla/caramel flavors you’d expect.
Extended Aged Deep Space (2026)
Barreled Souls Brewing Company (Saco, ME)
Aged for 25 months and 7 days in Russell's Reserve bourbon barrels, this one separates itself with a touch of smoke and some umami flavor on top of the classic stout and oaky vanilla notes.
Extended Aged Inner Space (2025)
Barreled Souls Brewing Company (Saco, ME)
Inner Space returns as an extended-aged version. This was rested in some very special 8-year Willett wheated bourbon barrels for 24 months and 5 days. The results are fantastic. Rich malty notes from the grain, sweet vanilla barrel character, caramel, and a kiss of smoke all show so well in this beer.
4.3-4.8% abv. Malted barley, oats. The equivalent to Table Beer in our range of stouts and porters. Not brewed to 'dry stout'-style, per se, but a stout that is dry. Light-bodied but not thin, with more prominent kettle-hopping and then dry-hopping to add some brightness and contrast to the roasty, biscuity, and savoury character of the dark malts.
Crisp, dry and fruity with a hint of acidity. Our driest cider from the 2025 harvest is light bodied and refreshing, made from Topaz apples blended with a touch of Rubinette.
Following the succes of our London Bitter, we bring you our very first ESB! This ESB was inspired by classic English brewers we drank beer from during our early beer journey. Brewed using a unique Southern English Yeast strain, and hop & dry hop additions of English Challenger & American Centennial hops, this beer bursts with jammy orange marmalade, candied stone fruits, toffee, biscuits and a nice spicy & bitter finish.
Previously called "Camerise Lambic" Lambic blend with blue honeysuckle, or haskap, berries. For the past two years, we’ve been making a fruited blend with Camerise berries in small quantities. These berries are slightly sweet with a beautiful acidity. We didn’t have to look very far for a its new name... a blue fruit that makes a blood-red beer: Sang Bleu. Our friend Ammo has outdone himself once again, creating a superb new label to go with its new name. A word from the brewer: Sang Bleu is powerful and very fruit-forward, but still maintains a nice, mellow balance between acidity and astringency.
Donnie’s Nitro Dark Beer
Donzoko Brewing Company (Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear)
Donnie’s 4.3% Nitro Dark Beer combines the best elements of an Irish nitro stout alongside the traditional lager brewing Donzoko is well known for. The cold, crisp characteristics associated with lager fermentation helps the comforting chocolate, fresh coffee and toasty malt notes sing, whilst a smooth nitro finish ensures the pint hits perfectly every time, rounding off with a creamy white foam.
