Juice Tube is our series of Fruited Gose, a wheat beer brewed with sea salt. This version is conditioned on blackberries & cucumber.

Augsburg has been steeped in great brewing tradition since 1156 when Emperor Friedrich Barbarossa issued it the first known purity law in Germany. True to its imperial-city namesake, Augsburger Herrenpils is an exemplary German Pils. Crisp, clean, with an ideal hoppy bitterness that adds perfect balance and structure to this internationally celebrated Pilsener.

Donnie’s 4.3% Nitro Dark Beer combines the best elements of an Irish nitro stout alongside the traditional lager brewing Donzoko is well known for. The cold, crisp characteristics associated with lager fermentation helps the comforting chocolate, fresh coffee and toasty malt notes sing, whilst a smooth nitro finish ensures the pint hits perfectly every time, rounding off with a creamy white foam.

To bring extra complexity to our Double Black IPA Slack Phillip, we have teamed up with Tierra Coffee to make a coffee edition. Black Phillip features the same hop additions of Amarllo, Citra (T90 & Cryo) & Simcoe, alongside freshly roasted Tadeke Teko Coffee Beans from Yirgacheffe in Ethiopa. The Tadeke Teko bring extra layers of orange, floral and "juicy" citrus flavors!

Tierra is coffee stout brewed in collaboration with our good friend Thor from Tierra Kaffe. A mellow stout base lets the medium roasted single origin coffees from Asman Gayo Mill, Sumatra and Pedro Gómez Luna, Mexico shine in all their complexity. Brewed with the goal of showcasing the qualities and complexities of the coffee, this is a coffee lover's dream beer!

This one’s super saturated with the KING OF HOPS—Nectaron™ from Freestyle Hops—backed up by Citra, Citra Cryo, and Motueka. Dripping with tropical fruit and citrus, it’s built for bold palates and good convo.

Beachside is our newest collaboration that we brewed with our great friends over at Hoppin' Vines. This Key Lime Pie Milkshake IPA was brewed to celebrate the good days spent on the beach, enjoying a cold one with friends and family. Hopped exclusively with Citra, bright citrus compliments the decadent vanilla and delightful graham cracker. We hope you take Beachside with you on all your summer adventures! Dosed with coconut for our friends at Hoppin’ Vines 6th anniversary.

PB&J Sour

Moonage Daydream is a Citra single hop session IPA, showcasing one of our favorite hops. We’ve used both T90 and Cryo hops for this one - all Citra - to give it a layered, bursting hop profile. Notes of orange, lemon, pineapple and a touch of dankness. Much like Cloudbusting, we’ve taken an approach to bring down the sweetness, make it more dry, to unlock a more stand-alone hop profile.

Introducing the first drop in a brand new series… ? MAX HOP INTENSITY ? Another chapter in this line of collaboration with @thahoptometrist ?? …and yeah… it’s getting louder every time ? We’re not easing into this one... This Hazy DIPA is absolutely dialed to the limit with Nectaron ?, Superdelic ?, Citra ?, and Talus ?—layered up for a full-on blast of tropical candy, citrus punch, and that deep, saturated haze you can smell before you even crack it. Pillowy soft. Explosive aroma. No holding back. This series is all about pushing hop expression as far as it can go— and this is just the beginning.

Heads Up! This Hazy DIPA is a full-on tropical fruit bomb! Two massive dry hops of mostly New Zealand hops and a bit of our selected hops from the Pacific Northwest combine to bring you a tropical, stone fruit, citrus driven beer backed with a little dankness. The palate is insanely soft and the flavor is big! Just the way we like it!

The Berry Dairy Fairy will whisper "just one sip," then will smother you in strawberries, cream, and crumb cake until your morals, diet, and dignity are all gone. Sweet. Creamy. Absolutely unhinged.

Though never proven, it's alleged that Jay Gatsby made his new money fortune via bootlegging. No matter how it came to be, there's no denying his greatness. Greatness that can only be matched by a blackberry ice cream session mead, perfect for that fanciest of Long Island parties. So we beat on, our boats against the current, borne ceaselessly into another full pour.

DRIP — a Hazy DIPA collab with our new friends @pederscph We loaded this thing up with: Citra Mosaic Motueka (just a kiss) Nectaron (same energy) Bringing waves of: Bright citrus blast Berry + dank depth Lime zest pop Smooth stone fruit finish All wrapped up in a soft, juicy haze at 8.5% ABV

Jacked with the KING OF HOPS, Nectaron, paired with Peacharine, Citra, and Citra HyperBoost for intense, saturated yumminess. Comes at ya fast at 10.25% ABV.

The first beer in our draft exclusive series. This one is dry hopped with Paradisi and Citra hops. It's pronounced like Paradise City, just spelled a little differently.

This West Coast DIPA is loaded with citrus notes including orange, tangerine, and lemon backed with a pleasant piney bitterness. The finish is crisp and dry making it very drinkable for a DIPA. All Drama aside, we think you'll love it! Cheers! *Hops - Citra, Simcoe, Centennial, and Motueka*
