Donnie’s 4.3% Nitro Dark Beer combines the best elements of an Irish nitro stout alongside the traditional lager brewing Donzoko is well known for. The cold, crisp characteristics associated with lager fermentation helps the comforting chocolate, fresh coffee and toasty malt notes sing, whilst a smooth nitro finish ensures the pint hits perfectly every time, rounding off with a creamy white foam.

Imperial Breakfast Stout with coffee, vanilla, and maple syrup.

Raisin 100% Drôme Tilquin (7.0%) was obtained by blending Drôme grape lambics (Syrah, Roussanne, Mourvèdre, Viognier) with 20% of Meerts (a 1 year old lambic lower in abv). The blend was then refermented and matured in keg for 1 year.

DDH IPA – Dry hopped with Citra & Amarillo.

Crisp, dry and fruity with a hint of acidity. Our driest cider from the 2025 harvest is light bodied and refreshing, made from Topaz apples blended with a touch of Rubinette.

Special batch prepared for Tilquin Fruit Extravaganza 2026 - Grape Edition, with 200 gr of fresh Cinsault grapes per liter of lambic, in a blend of 50% of 1 year old very light Meerts (ligher than the classic Meerts we use) and 50% of 2 and 3 years old lambics, to reach around 5% alc/vol grape lambics. First time served on May 1, 2026.

The base beer is a rich, malty, smooth, soothing & drier Northern English-style Brown Ale. To emphasize the nuttiness of the base beer - and also to give this beer even more Christmas-vibes - we added 10 kilos of pure, toasted hazelnuts to the beer. So you can expect an easy-drinking and balanced true-to-style Northern English Brown Ale with delicious notes of chocolate, caramel, toasted malts and of course a delicious touch of toasted hazelnuts.

Vinohradská 11 je nefiltrované, nepasterizované pivo plzeňského typu s bohatou vůní Žateckého poloraného červeňáku doplněného o Premiant. Vyznačuje se nižší střední plností a vysokou pitelností. Naši jedenáctku vaříme z plzeňského a mnichovského sladu, z nichž pivo získává krásně slámovou barvu. Obsah alkoholu 4,5%. ----- Our top seller, Vinohradská 11 is an unpasteurized and unfiltered craft Pilsner style beer with rich hoppy flavour of Žatecký poloraný červeňák (Saaz) and Premiant. It is characterized by a light body and golden colour. We use Pilsner and Bavarian malt made by the traditional methods, i.e. barley is dried on malthouse floors.

Together with Totopia we have brewed Inari, inspired by the Japanese deity of agriculture, Inari Ōkami. We have decided to deviate a little from Totopia in terms of style description, and called this a Juicy Sour Ale, instead of Sour IPA, to not confuse people. We learned all the tips and tricks from Totopia and took inspiration from both Japanese & Danish Cuisine with this one, flavoring the beer with a blend of forest berries. Eugene is very adamant on fruit ratios, and selecting the juiciest and sweetest purées, so we did that just that! After sampling and array of fruits, we came up with blend heavily leaning into Strawberry, with a dab of Blueberry, Blackberry, Sour Cherry, & Blackcurrant. We paired the berries with Strata, a very berry and strawberry forward hop, and we must say it works like a charm! To round off the sourness, we added lactose additions, alongside dark brown sugar, taking inspiration from the island of Okinawa’s famous Black Sugar! To us, this is single handedly the best Sour beer we’ve ever made, with a silky slick body, great balance between acidity & sweetness, and loads of fruit flavor, making you think of forest berry porridge or yoghurts. We can’t wait to share this one with you all!

Fin Diesel is our newest dank stanker! This Triple Dry Hopped Modern West Coast DIPA is loaded up on the dankest lots og hops we had available at the brewery. It features Mosaic (T90 & Dynaboost), Nelson Sauvin (T90 & Sub Zero Hop Kief), Strata (T90 & CGX), Columbus Cryo and Riwaka (T90 & Sub Zero Hop Kief)! It is a mega dank & diesely Modern West Coast IPA, with loads of tropical kief aromatics, pineapple kush, hop gummy candy, touches of grapefruit, stone fruit and a slight savory note on the end.

Malt: Pilsner, Oat, Pale Ale, Wheat and Carapils Hops: Citra, Azacca & Hallertau Blanc Yeast: WLP066
