Our current selection of fresh draught beers
Still on theme, still with our eyes locked on Denmark - this next collab is with the high-end low-key fully-awesome Frederiks Bar in Aarhus. ? MY GOOD TIME BOY. Seriously. No kidding. Nothing sweeter and more reliable than strawberry, mango and dragon fruit puree, in scary quantities, rounded up by pungent watermelon and berries ice cream powder. ??? Roll it, shake it, grab a spoon. And don't be afraid. It probably won't bite. ?

Triple IPA with Citra and Nelson Sauvin
Previously called "Camerise Lambic" Lambic blend with blue honeysuckle, or haskap, berries. For the past two years, we’ve been making a fruited blend with Camerise berries in small quantities. These berries are slightly sweet with a beautiful acidity. We didn’t have to look very far for a its new name... a blue fruit that makes a blood-red beer: Sang Bleu. Our friend Ammo has outdone himself once again, creating a superb new label to go with its new name. A word from the brewer: Sang Bleu is powerful and very fruit-forward, but still maintains a nice, mellow balance between acidity and astringency.
Zig Zag
Gamma Brewing Company (Herlev Municipality, Region Hovedstaden)
Malt: Pilsner, Oat, Pale Ale, Wheat and Carapils Hops: Citra, Azacca & Hallertau Blanc Yeast: WLP066
Triple IPA w/ Riwaka and Citra hops.
TDH Nelson Sauvin X Riwaka New Zealand IPA
Ārpus Brewing Co. (Stapriņi, Ādažu novads)
HAZY HARRY
FERMENTERARNA (Gothenburg, Västra Götalands län)
A brand new, juicy, fluffy New England IPA. Double dry hopped with Riwaka, Motueka, Simcoe and Citra. Expect waves of lime zest, tropical fruit and juicy citrus supported by a smooth, pillowy malt base and a balanced, gentle bitterness. Extra Motueka hopkief brings an added punch of bright hop aroma.
Tropical Thirst Trap is our first beer. An attempt to brew the most well balanced beer possibly. Not too bitter, but definitively not too sweet. Not too heavy and not too light. Not too strong yet still buzzing. Success. An explosion of tropical fruit leaves your tastebuds wanting more. Quite literally a tropical thirst trap. For the nerds: Citra, mosaic, amarillo and galaxy
Triple IPA showcasing the great Nelson Sauvin from Freestyle Hops in NZ.
HEATHEN // HAZY IPA
Northern Monk (Leeds, West Yorkshire)
A bold yet balanced New England IPA. Soft, resinous and tropical. For the Heathens. The American-bred Citra hops made its splash into the industry with a bang, taking over the craft brewing scene by storm with its otherworldly tropical fruit flavour and aroma. Our take on this juicy hop takes the best of its exceptional characteristics to brew a bold yet balanced IPA. A simple base of British pale malt is coloured by small kettle additions of our UK and US hops blend for a soft, fruity bitterness. Come dry hopping time, we hit high gear with 16kg of Citra spread over three additions, layering them into the beer for the ultimate juicy, resinous taste experience and an aroma of tropical fruit that lures your olfactory sense from across the room.
Classic Monk Double IPA with Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Galaxy hops.
Augsburger Herren Pils
Brauhaus Riegele (Augsburg, Bayern)
Augsburg has been steeped in great brewing tradition since 1156 when Emperor Friedrich Barbarossa issued it the first known purity law in Germany. True to its imperial-city namesake, Augsburger Herrenpils is an exemplary German Pils. Crisp, clean, with an ideal hoppy bitterness that adds perfect balance and structure to this internationally celebrated Pilsener.
