Donnie’s Nitro Dark Beer
Donzoko Brewing Company (Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear)
Donnie’s 4.3% Nitro Dark Beer combines the best elements of an Irish nitro stout alongside the traditional lager brewing Donzoko is well known for. The cold, crisp characteristics associated with lager fermentation helps the comforting chocolate, fresh coffee and toasty malt notes sing, whilst a smooth nitro finish ensures the pint hits perfectly every time, rounding off with a creamy white foam.
Vinohradská 11
Vinohradský pivovar (Hlavní město Praha, Hlavní město Praha)
Vinohradská 11 je nefiltrované, nepasterizované pivo plzeňského typu s bohatou vůní Žateckého poloraného červeňáku doplněného o Premiant. Vyznačuje se nižší střední plností a vysokou pitelností. Naši jedenáctku vaříme z plzeňského a mnichovského sladu, z nichž pivo získává krásně slámovou barvu. Obsah alkoholu 4,5%. Our top seller, Vinohradská 11 is an unpasteurized and unfiltered craft Pilsner style beer with rich hoppy flavour of Žatecký poloraný červeňák (Saaz) and Premiant. It is characterized by a light body and golden colour. We use Pilsner and Bavarian malt made by the traditional methods, i.e. barley is dried on malthouse floors.
Organic Pilsner
Gamma Brewing Company (Herlev Municipality, Region Hovedstaden)
Pilsner - 4.8 % ABV Made with organic Gyrup Gårdmalt malt and hopped with Smaragd & Mandarina Bavaria.
What is this we have here? A beautiful Pale Ale, dazzling like the sun off a shimmering lake? Bright zest filling your nostrils with lemon & white grape. We agree. But look deeper… what’s missing… can you see what it doesn’t contain… GLUTEN. That’s right it’s our very first gluten free beer & guess what. It tastes like a delicious hazy Pale Ale.
Who fancies a sesh? Tropical hops, soft and smooth. Well hopped can of joy. Light and clean but it's dangerously drinkable. A midweek marvel.
Maisel's Weisse Original
Brauerei Gebr. Maisel (Bayreuth, Bayern)
The bright reddish amber color and choice yeast from home-grown cultures, endow Maisel’s Weisse Original with its unique character.// Die rötlich leuchtende Bernsteinfarbe und die feine Hefe aus eigener Reinzucht geben Maisel’s Weisse Original ihren einzigartigen Charakter.
A powerful, vibrant double dry hopped DIPA with outstanding depth of hop character. We've used three different forms of Citra in dry hop: pellets, Dynaboost and Liquid Lupulin (a new, pure liquid hop product) that gifts the beer with an extreme citrus quality but also more of the hop's underlying tropical, stone fruit and dank notes. That is supported by NZ hop trio Nectaron, Motueka and Peacharine, supercharging those lush fruit flavours that keep your tastebuds shifting from one taste to the next.
For this latest edition of Sunsmasher, our golden sour base beer was fermented with a Brettanomyces blend and aged for just over four months in tank before being conditioned on 220 g/L of whole British apricots, which were pulverised by hand (using a mallet). The Brett fermentation delivers vibrant tropical notes of pineapple, stone fruit, and citrus, all of which are amplified by the fresh apricot addition.
Bodyshift - Pale Ale Gluten Free* - 4%
Queer Brewing (London, Greater London)
Sometimes all you need is a moment of simplicity, a brief paradigm shift to refresh and reset. That's Bodyshift: a light, refreshing, and easygoing pale ale brewed to be approachable, accessible, and absolutely gorgeous. Hopped with Calypso, Comet, and Azacca, we've layered citrus and tropical flavours over an ever-so-gently crisp and enjoyably bitter base with a thirst-slaking bitterness. Aroma: A big hit of grapefruit, with gentle tropical character over a backdrop of melon and mango. Palate: This is a light and smooth pale, with more tropical notes and a refreshing and juicy finish. *This beer is gluten-removed, with a final lab-tested gluten result of
Tropical Freeze
Bad Seed Brewing (Storvorde, Region Nordjylland)
Tropical Freeze is a Modern West Coast IPA, which uses a hybrid fermentation like that of a California Common. The lager yeast makes this beer mega clean, really allowing the hops to shine. We used a blend of Mosaic (Dynaboost, T90 & Cryo), Krush Cryo & Superdelic both hotside and in the double dry hop, to bring forth mega dank tropical hop flavors. We get blueberry, thai basil, sweet cirus, mango and a touch of sticky icky dank resins!
A fresh, crisp, and balanced cider made from Elstar apples.
Smooth, juicy and balanced, super hoppy but surprisingly (dangerously) drinkable for 8% Brewer's Notes: wow, our 10th in the series of crazy fun collabs with friends Peders. And we had to make it a big one! A huge whirlpool dose of Mosaic and Nectaron and double dry hopped with Nectaron and Motueka. The same super oaty body from previous VæltePeders but now a DIPA. Silky smooth and full bodied, a hint of sweetness upfront followed by a little touch of bitterness. Ingredients: malted barley, oats, hops and yeast
