Our current selection of fresh draught beers
In collaboration with our friends and neighbors at We Rock the Spectrum, we combined to create a rainbow sherbet ice cream sour that totally rocks the full spectrum of flavor. Orange, raspberry, and lime come together to make a taste sensation that'll have you racing for more. Be sure to stop by We Rock and burn off some of that energy. Watch out for turtle shells and banana peels.
Vinohradská 11
Vinohradský pivovar (Hlavní město Praha, Hlavní město Praha)
Vinohradská 11 je nefiltrované, nepasterizované pivo plzeňského typu s bohatou vůní Žateckého poloraného červeňáku doplněného o Premiant. Vyznačuje se nižší střední plností a vysokou pitelností. Naši jedenáctku vaříme z plzeňského a mnichovského sladu, z nichž pivo získává krásně slámovou barvu. Obsah alkoholu 4,5%. Our top seller, Vinohradská 11 is an unpasteurized and unfiltered craft Pilsner style beer with rich hoppy flavour of Žatecký poloraný červeňák (Saaz) and Premiant. It is characterized by a light body and golden colour. We use Pilsner and Bavarian malt made by the traditional methods, i.e. barley is dried on malthouse floors.
It seems fitting that a beer label celebrating lagers and "beers with friends" would start out by making an homage to afternoons at the bar. "Tonks Tuesday" is a simple tradition: got a free afternoon? Go get a beer. It's a subject of some minor debate who coined the phrase, but it stuck - my brother Charlie, our friend Adam, and me, drinking beers. Usually on Tuesdays. Step-mashed using a particularly compelling Colorado craft malt, hopped with two varieties from the PNW, and lagered for a while at temps mountain streams dream of, Tonks Tuesday is a snappy pilsner that sits right in what I think is the sweet spot for beers - nuanced enough that you could sit there and contemplate it for a while, but so quaffable that you'll probably find yourself just drinking it and enjoying the company of your friends (or yourself, no judgement) instead. Malt: Troubadour Pevec (CO) Hops: HBC 1134 (WA), Crystal (OR) Yeast: 34/70 Lager
Brewed with floor malted Bohemian pilsner malt before being gently hopped. This is a super light lager style characterized by its clean malt profile and low bitterness. In large quantities, it pairs perfectly with laughter among a group of friends.
What is Polotmavý, anyway? Sandwiched between the more famous Světlý (pale) and Tmavý (dark) Czech lagers lies Polotmavý, literally translated as "half-dark." Ok, so we know at least something about it from the name. Americans typically refer to it as "Czech Amber Lager" and, well, tough to object. Much in the way that Altbier resists easy codification, Polotmavý is one of those things that feels a little bit... uncertain. Malty but not roasty, bitter but also a bit sweet, round in the way that Czech beers so often are, does it skew more towards Urquell or U Fleků? Well, kinda, both? Sometimes you find yourself out on limbs you didn't know you'd be on. Usually it's a slightly uncomfortable feeling, but often it produces some of what Calvin's dad would have called "character" in the comic strip. This is one of those moments, but with a beer style. Ultimately a low risk endeavor in the grand scheme of things, but still a potent learning moment. And who better to learn with than my friend Matt from Sway up in Door County, WI? His brewing ethos echoes many of the same values that mine does - attention to detail, small beers, mindfully-sourced ingredients, anachronistic process nonsense - and we felt like this might be a fun and enriching journey to go on together. We had half a mind to try it out, anyway. Hopefully you enjoy our flight of fancy.
Black Phillip
Bad Seed Brewing (Storvorde, Region Nordjylland)
To bring extra complexity to our Double Black IPA Slack Phillip, we have teamed up with Tierra Coffee to make a coffee edition. Black Phillip features the same hop additions of Amarllo, Citra (T90 & Cryo) & Simcoe, alongside freshly roasted Tadeke Teko Coffee Beans from Yirgacheffe in Ethiopa. The Tadeke Teko bring extra layers of orange, floral and "juicy" citrus flavors!
Tierra is coffee stout brewed in collaboration with our good friend Thor from Tierra Kaffe. A mellow stout base lets the medium roasted single origin coffees from Asman Gayo Mill, Sumatra and Pedro Gómez Luna, Mexico shine in all their complexity. Brewed with the goal of showcasing the qualities and complexities of the coffee, this is a coffee lover's dream beer!
"I took a walk in the woods and came out taller than the trees." -- attributed to Henry David Thoreau. In collaboration with Eons Adventure Park in Erlanger, KY we've created an easy drinking Kolsch, perfect for enjoying while wandering the walkways of the wilderness: in Eons and beyond.
Apophis, also known as Apep, is the Egyptian diety of the underworld: the embodiment of disorder and darkness. Add 99942 to the front and he becomes a near-earth asteroid that could hit the planet in 2036. Or, less cataclysmically, add hazelnut, coconut, chocolate, and peanut butter to an imperial stout and get another version of the embodiment of darkness. Embrace the Lord of Chaos.
On the Threshold of a Dream (2025)
Perennial Artisan Ales (St Louis, MO)
A Barrel aged stout made with our friends at Moska Brewing, this beer tastes like blueberry pancakes with a kiss of dark chocolate. Aged 24 months in Old Fitzgerald barrels before adding blueberry, vanilla, and maple.
Slice of Sunshine
Bad Seed Brewing (Storvorde, Region Nordjylland)
Slice of Sunshine is our first iteration of what we call the Modern West Coast IPA, where we combine classic trademarks of the West Coast IPA - bitterness, clarity and crisp malt profile - with hopping techniques and the aromatic focus of modern IPA's. A light malt profile of only pilsner & dextrin malt, as light as it gets, combined with the clean bitterness from hop extract and a neutral US-ale yeast, makes a perfect canvas for the hops to play the main part. Mosaic, Citra and Nelson Sauvin provide abundant zesty and sharp hop aromas of gooseberries, grape, pineapple and a lot of dankness, with an absolutely bursting hop flavor. This is an IPA that we are super excited about, and is going to be a defining beer for the evolution of Bad Seed's hoppy offerings.
Brewed with belgian malts and gooey dark Belgian candi sugar before fermenting in oak barrels. Earthy spice, cocoa and caramel, finishing smooth and malty. A pumped up, super strong ale from the 32nd state.
A beautiful forest spirit with animal features disguised under long clothing, the Huldra or pine tree Mary is a seductive creature who aided burners by watching their charcoal kilns while they rested. This bourbon barrel aged imperial stout with coffee and vanilla is black as coal and as seductive as its namesake. Tread carefully.
The Itsy Bitsy Spider goes up the water spout, but the Itsy Bitsy Cider goes directly into your pint glass. And while a little bit of rain completely derails the Itsy Bitsy Spider's grand adventure, nothing can stand in your way when you're crushing pours of this hard apple cider. Except trolls. We have no idea how to get past the trolls.
BA Stone Giant 2026: Cookies And Cream
Fabled Brew Works (Erlanger, KY)
There are many different stone giants of lore. What do they have in common? Enormous size, overwhelming strength, and nearly impregnable armor since, you know, they're made of stone. This beer is also made from Stone. Not rocks like your traditional stone giants, but ingredients from Cold Stone Creamery with whom we partnered on this beer. But our similarities don't end there. This stout also packs massive cookies and cream flavors after slumbering for ages in a bourbon barrel, so now you can don your mightiest beer muscles and knock down mountains!
Though never proven, it's alleged that Jay Gatsby made his new money fortune via bootlegging. No matter how it came to be, there's no denying his greatness. Greatness that can only be matched by a blackberry ice cream session mead, perfect for that fanciest of Long Island parties. So we beat on, our boats against the current, borne ceaselessly into another full pour.
Beginning in 2517 and spanning all the way to 2552 is The Fall of Reach, the events preceding the greatest FPS ever made: Halo: Combat Evolved. Master Chief, Keyes, and Cortana join forces to combat the Covenant, just as we joined the forces of peach and mango to create a session mead that's out of this world. Now grab your overshield and let's save the universe.
Joyce explores Minnesota grown plums handpicked by our ebullient friends Jim and Joyce at their award winning organic Blue Fruit Farm. We selected wine barrels containing mixed culture farmhouse saison as the base for this juicy treasure. Conditioned with local honey, this floral, fruity, features a beautiful juicy treat to beat the heat.
Journey among the stars with this IPA packed with Citra, Nectaron, and Peacharine hops for a sweet citrus aroma and tropical flair.

Roasted Hazelnuts, Wonderstate Coffee, Amish Maple Syrup, Nulu Single Barrel, - 39 months CONTAINS NUTS
You talkin' to me? Yeah, you up there. What, you think you're better than me? Put 'em up! That's what I thought. This Hazy Pale Ale might be slight on ABV, but it still packs a punch. Just like me! Step up or step off. Shape up or ship out. Go big or go gnome! Go Big or Go Gnome is an all citra New England Pale Ale.
House elves can become intoxicated on this potent potable, but it takes heaps to get witches and wizards falling off of their broomsticks. Made with butterscotch, cream soda, and vanilla, this buttered beer is a work of wizardry that's sure to provide a warming effect for the holidays.
Midnight. You stir in bed, not fully awake, but not fully asleep. A heavy weight pushes down on your chest, suffocating, sending you into a world of fear and despair. You've been visited by a night mare. Hag-ridden by a shapeshifter, your only recourse is to place iron objects near the bed and herbs over the windows. Or to ward off the fear with a bourbon barrel aged coconut and hazelnut stout. It may not keep the mare away, but it'll definitely bolster your courage.
"It was I who languished for years thinking of nothing but you, nothing but this moment...and now the perfect tool for my vengeance is in front of us. I never planned on killing you, but I will make you share my pain." - Maul And much like its namesake, this barrel aged stout with coconut, caramel, and pretzels sat waiting, brooding for 31 months in bourbon barrels, plotting its ultimate return.
